Introduction

Juhi Metallurgical Lab ( JML) Established in year 2022started as the research and development laboratory at Plot No 36, D-Block in Autonagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh by B.Jagan Mohan Rao,a Mechanical Engineering professional and worked in M/s Flash Forge Pvt Ltd as the Manager-QA/QC about 22 years in various Defence projects for the  Customers like Defense Machinery design Establishment(DMDE), Mazagon Dock Limited(MDL), Bhabha Atomic Research Center(BARC), Naval Dockyard-Visakhapatnam(NDV), Bharat Dynamics Limited(BDL). Therefore we are well exposed and tuned to the various types of Defence procedures and standards to execute the job qualitatively as per their technical delivery conditions.

JML is expertise in fabricating of Titanium Air Bottles,  Special Valves for Naval Applications of Underwater vehicles, Special Heat Exchangers, Special Pressure vessels, R & D equipments,  static equipment for process industries in segments like Defence, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceutical, Fertilizers, Oil & Gas & Chemical Industries etc. We are also familiar with special processes like forging, CNC machining and fabrication of for exotic materials like Titanium and Titanium alloys, Cupro Nickel, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, Duplex and Super duplex etc. special materials through having on hand experience of 22 years in Flash Forge Pvt Ltd as a Manager Quality control/Quality Assurance. Further we are having team of experienced people worked in the then BHPV who are having multi disciplinary experience in BHPV. Based on the above presently Controllerate of Naval Armament Inspection Authorities CNAI(E), NAVY placed on us sample Purchase Orders of worth “One fifty lakhs”, which have successfully executed and dispatched.
